Facilities at Port Qasim.

Present facilities have been established both by
the public & private sector. The Port Authority has modern & Sophisticated
nine cargo-handling berths: Multipurpose Terminal with four multi-purpose
berths each of 200 meters length. Qasim International Container Terminal
with two berths each of 300 meters length. Engro Vopak Chemical Terminal
with one berth. Fotco Oil Terminal with one berth but the potential for four
additional berths. Iron Oreand Coal Berth (279 meters long) for Pakistan Steel Mill.

Port Qasim - Tourism & Recreation.

Port Qasim offers an ideal location for development of recreation and tourism facilities to attract tourists from Pakistan and abroad. The Government of Pakistan has exalted the Hotel and tourism facilities to an industry level and has offered all incentives and concessions presently available to other industries.

Port Qasim is also committed to the ideals of preserving and improving land and sea environment to its original standing under its complete jurisdiction.
